Late Enrollment & Transfers
Two late enrollment windows for the 2026–2027 fall terms will be open on a space-available basis:

A late enrollment window for Spring 2027 will be open on a space-available basis:
Transfer Requests
During the academic year, three types of late/transfer enrollment requests may be made on a space-available basis:
- transfers related to relocating military families,
- transfers related to documented medical conditions, and
- transfers to or from the local school.
A late/transfer enrollment to a Virtual Virginia course may be made only if the student was already enrolled in the equivalent course at his or her previous school at the time of transfer.
