Virtual Virginia’s annual professional learning conference, Virginia Innovative Teaching and Leadership Conference (VITAL), highlights educators across the Commonwealth who support innovations in classrooms, schools, and divisions. 

Virtual Virginia will continue to support teachers and leaders across the Commonwealth through this free online conference.

VITAL 2026 will be held virtually over two days—kicking off on Wednesday, February 4, and concluding on Thursday, February 5.

The schedule is below:

  • February 4: 4–6 p.m.
  • February 5: 4–6 p.m.
